I concur, staff is clueless

I've had my policy with this office for several years now and am considering switching to another. I receive a phone call or letter every few months explaining why some form needs to be signed or my payment hasn't been received (I've been on automatic bank-debit since the start). I have been happy with the price of the policy and the coverage, but the headaches of dealing with the staff have made me wonder if it's worth it.
